Pankow was the design-builder for the new WMMC Medical Office Building and subterranean parking structure. The new building replaces an existing MOB and contains three levels plus a basement. The building is structurally framed using the Precast Hybrid Moment Resistant Frame for lateral resistance. The work was phased over sixteen months. Architecture blends thematically with existing buildings on campus.
Additionally, Pankow was the design-builder for ten separate medical office suites totaling over 21,500 square feet, which was turned over concurrently with the Medical Office Building core and shell. Pankow collaborated with HKS Architects to meet with the user groups for each new medical office suite in order to space plan and eventually design each space.
