Project Engineer

Northern & Southern California

The Project Engineer works as an essential team member in a fast paced and ever changing environment. Under the direction of the Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, they act as the front line on a project to ensure conformance of the Work to the Construction Documents. The Project Engineer coordinates the documents, identifies and resolves conflicts and communicates the resolution to all affected parties. As directed, the Project Engineer translates the Construction Documents into buildable plans then works in support of the Superintendent to implement the plans.

Assistant Project Manager

Northern & Southern California

The Assistant Project Manager (APM) assumes accountability for accurately and punctually managing project documentation. The APM is a clear communicator who informs the Superintendent of critical issues that impact the execution of the Work. As the supervisor of the engineering team, they manage performance, delegate tasks and monitor progress of the team to ensure successful project completion. Client advocacy for both internal and external customers should be clearly demonstrated in the Assistant Project Manager’s approach, communications, work product and results.

Project Manager

Northern & Southern California

The Project Manager (PM) assumes accountability for project results through accurate and timely estimating, cost control and forecasting. The PM maintains and fosters client relationships by clearly setting and communicating achievable expectations with the client and internal team members. This position consults with the appropriate experts to target and achieve results, set challenging goals, and prioritizes tasks to overcome obstacles. The PM sets team standards and responsibilities and provides leadership/motivation to drive toward successful completion of the project.

VDC Engineer

Northern California

The VDC Engineer supports functional groups with VDC and BIM needs. Under the direction of the Sr. VDC Manager the VDC Engineer is responsible for developing BIM content required for job pursuits, Preconstruction and Operation efforts. This position requires high levels of collaboration, attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a variety of software applications.

Marketing Coordinator

Northern California

Pankow is looking for an enthusiastic marketing and savvy team player to join our team. As part of the Marketing and Business Development Team, you will become part of an energetic group that is working to effectively market and communicate Pankow’s Vision, Mission and Values. We created our Vision to "See the possibilities, engage the power in people, and deliver value- in everything we do." Coordinate efforts for the marketing and business development team as well as develop, coordinate and implement various internal and external marketing/company related products and services. In addition to the department’s day-to-day functions, this position coordinates proposals and interviews independently. The Marketing Coordinator supports Pankow to maintain a single, consistent voice and brand in all of its communication.
