PANKOW

SAFETY

Safety – a zero incident culture – is more than a goal on our jobsites. It’s a Pankow core value that applies to everything we do. Our rallying cry – Safety Does Not Happen By Accident – embodies Pankow’s firm belief that all incidents are preventable and that any injury is unacceptable. It challenges the entire Pankow team – employees and subcontractors – to actively participate in the process and to develop innovative approaches to overcome obstacles to achieving and maintaining a Zero Incident workplace. To that end, Pankow is committed to:

Message from our CEO, Kim Lum

“Keeping our teams and the public safe is a collective effort and takes a commitment from everyone to support our zero incident culture. I have pledged, along with Pankow’s management team, to provide the resources and training you need in obtaining zero incidents. Success, however, will not be achieved by resources alone, but by the individual commitment to the protection of every worker on our projects, of the public and of yourself.”
