Overview
Pankow, in partnership with The PENTA Building Group, is constructed the Phase 2B 56-story high-rise residential tower 3 with retail comprised of 736 condominium units and 56 floors plus roof (approximately 615 feet tall including the podium) with two levels below grade. With up to 1.1 million gross square feet, Tower 3 tower has an associated amenity deck on the roof of the podium. The building has a smaller deck on the roof of this tower’s lower stack on the 27th floor. On 6.3 acres, the Metropolis project is on the west side of Francisco Street between James M. Wood Boulevard and Eighth Street.
Utilizing six pumps, the mat foundation pour commenced on August 1, 2015 with a total of approximately 6,350 CY placed measuring 11’ thick. The project was completed in early 2020
