Overview
With almost 20 acres of usable public space, the Laulani Village Shopping Center measures in as the largest retail development in Ewa Beach. This retail and mixed-use commercial space includes over 1,000 parking stalls and eight separate buildings, ranging from one-to-two stories tall, built from an array of different media including CMU block, tilt-wall panels, structural steel, EIFS, and plasterwork.
Construction included overall site development of the retail space and surrounding area as well as individual interior build-out of multiple tenant spaces per architect, owner, and tenant specifications.
The shopping center is anchored by a 60,000 SF Safeway Store and includes Walgreens, Ross, Petco, City Mill, and Starbucks.
