Overview
The Kapalama Shopping Center project consisted of an external facelift and select interior renovation of a busy community shopping center adjacent to a heavily trafficked main thoroughfare.
Businesses remained open and operational throughout all phases of construction, requiring careful coordination and sequenced scheduling to both protect completed work and inactive areas as well as ensure pedestrian, worker, and tenant safety.
Work onsite included demolition of interior spaces, structural reinforcement, abatement, and both underground and overhead utility upgrades.
