San Diego Miramar College Administration Building achieves LEED Gold Certification
San Diego Miramar College Administration Building reached 60 points on the LEED-NC v3 Scorecard. Originally targeting LEED Silver, the project has successfully achieved LEED Gold Certification. The project team's hard work and dedication was evident throughout the design-build process, from start to finish. This is Pankow's first project with San Diego Community College District, utilizing IPD concepts and Lean Construction practices. All work was conducted within an active college campus with minimal disruption to existing operations.
Scope of work included new construction of Miramar College’s Administration Building with a project size of approximately 17,000 SF.
