Overview
At the YWCA’s downtown facility, designed by renowned architect Julia Morgan in 1927, Pankow added new accessible restrooms and renovated the fitness center, including plumbing, electrical and HVAC upgrades and the addition of new skylights to provide natural ambient light. Historic restoration included recovering original architectural features such as high ceilings and covered windows.
