Overview
Continuing our longstanding relationship with the YMCA of San Francisco, Pankow was tasked with building out a childcare center, including a complete playground for YMCA Villa de Kapuso. The project includes upgrading teachers/staff areas, reception, toddler and preschool classrooms, and nap areas.
The playground modernization included the addition of Corkeen surfacing, rubberized surfacing, stamped concrete, and sand play areas. Pankow worked closely with another GC partner for this tenant improvement inside a core & shell buildout to be delivered on time and within budget.
