San Francisco Conservatory of Music

Overview

Pankow is the General Contractor for the San Francisco Conservatory of Music’s new twelve-story building. Located at 200 Van Ness Avenue at Hayes Street, directly across from Davies Symphony Hall in San Francisco, the new building is approximately 170,000 SF and includes ten levels of housing, teaching spaces, a rehearsal hall on the ground floor and basement, a street-level café and a rooftop performance hall. Construction began in August 2018 with anticipated completion by Summer 2020.
