DSI-Dialysis Clinics

Overview

Select TI renovations and upgrades were performed at several DSI Renal clinics on the island of O'ahu. Specific renovation features were dependent upon each individual facility's needs, but typical upgrades include modified layouts, new flooring, drywall, ceiling, wallpaper, and paint.

All work was performed within fully-operating facilities, completed at multiple locations at the same time. Extensive coordination was required with owners, subcontractors, and clinic representatives so as to mitigate any unnecessary clinic interruption. As such, work was often phased and performed at night for the majority of the clinics renovated.
