Overview

Project scope for lobby included demolition and removal of approximately 43,000 SF of the original lobby and restaurants. New lobby re-construction included new stone and carpet flooring, new front desk, new interiors with wall coverings and koa wood moldings, decorative lighting, granite and lava stone wall accents, new automatic entrance door, water features at exterior entry and remodeling of the porte-cochere and entry drive.
