Oceanic Time Warner Annex Building

Overview

Oceanic Time Warner Cable’s new 55,000 SF Annex houses the Customer Care Department, warehouse, and convertor repair room. A two-story, tilt-up construction, the building is programmed to assist the high-tech end-user in the delivery of telephone, entertainment, and information services by way of advanced fiber optic/coax network to more than 400,000 households in Hawai'i. Pankow also installed a photovoltaic system, both roof-top and parking canopy, that will produce a total of 1.25 million kilowatt hours annually.

This PV system was a turnkey project for the Owner with Chevron and Pankow providing all financing, design, permitting and construction services.
