Montage Hotel & Condo Upgrades

Overview

Five-star luxury hotel, public gardens and commercial building in the heart of the Beverly Hills Triangle. The seven-story Hotel includes a 19,700 SF full-service spa, restaurants, rooftop pool, 9,630 SF of meeting space, retail space and 25 penthouse condo units. The project also includes Public Gardens and a 24,000 SF commercial building all over a subterranean parking garage. Inspired by Spanish Revival architecture, the building is a modern translation with plaster walls, terra cotta-tiled roof with plaster columns, arches and authentic Spanish tile details.

Additionally, Pankow provided construction services for multiple private condo unit owners located on the penthouse level of the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills. While the scope of work varies per unit, it generally included the following:

• Interior design modifications of master bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen.
• Interior living room renovations included new shade soffits and additional wood parque flooring.
• Expansion of media rooms included complete installation of audio-visual packages.
• Major master bedroom and closet renovations included new custom walnut closets, carpets and wall paneling throughout.
