Mission College East Campus Complex

Overview

Pankow completed this design-build project comprised of a new education and laboratory building for the Los Angeles Community College District. The project included 16 classrooms and 11 laboratories, an auditorium, departmental offices, Student Lounge and Faculty Lounge. A 44,000 SF, 408-space, pervious paving parking lot is covered by Photovoltaic Panels. Site development included an outdoor Amphitheater and plaza that connects the new building to existing campus buildings.
