LACCD District Office Renovation

Overview

First constructed in 1972, the Los Angeles Community College District has occupied all areas of the Educational Service Center (District Office) since 1993. The District purchased the property outright in 1995. Pankow renovated the District’s Educational Services Center in Downtown Los Angeles. The tenant improvement project consists of nine floors, using phased construction (floor by floor) while the rest of the building remained occupied.
