John Muir Emergency Department Remodel & Sitework, Sequence 1

Overview

Highly complex renovation of an outdated Emergency Department, including 13 Treatment Rooms, CT Scan Room, new Nurse’s Station, Waiting Room, Staff Lounge, Locker Rooms and bathrooms. Replaced existing chiller, constructed entry canopy with new rooftop AHU and Chiller. In addition, Pankow constructed $13 million in sitework, including new patient parking, doctor and staff parking, new signage and installation of a 30,000 gallon diesel fuel tank.
