JC Penney Parking at Cupertino Square

Overview

The JC Penney parking structure and retail consists of three total levels of parking for approximately 654 parking stalls and space for an additional 45,000 square feet of retail. The exterior skin is a combination of open cable rail and precast concrete spandrel panels on the parking structure and glass storefront systems on the retail. The structure consists of precast frames including beams, girders, and columns. The structure also uses mild steel cast-in-place slabs and cast-in-place or shotcrete shearwalls.
