Overview

Pankow successfully completed the installation of a state-of-the-art parking facility, boasting 1,347 stalls spread across six levels. The structural design of the parking garage is characterized by a hybrid moment frame system, integrated with a pile foundation system. This ensures a robust and reliable structure, capable of withstanding the demands of heavy usage.

Adding to its functionality and sustainability, the parking garage incorporates an exterior green screen, enhancing its aesthetic appeal while promoting sustainability. The upper floor of the facility features a cutting-edge photovoltaic system, harnessing the power of solar energy for sustainable operations. Additionally, the design of the parking structure incorporates forward-thinking flexibility, envisioning the possibility of transforming the space into an office building in the future.
