Girl Scouts Arcadia

Overview

Pankow collaborated with Girl Scouts Arcadia to undertake a noteworthy project involving the non-structural tenant improvement of a 1,500 SF space within an existing building. This space is designed to serve multiple purposes, primarily as a meeting and training area for the Girl Scouts, while incorporating a retail component. As part of the renovation, two brand-new restrooms have been installed, with special attention given to accessibility by including an ADA-compliant restroom. One of the standout features is a wood slat wall that adds visual appeal and incorporates built-in bench seating, providing a comfortable and inviting environment. The space also houses an ADA compliant kitchen, a large custom casework and storage wall, and an impressive 16-foot ceiling height showcasing exposed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing elements.
