Overview
$40M rebranding effort for the Four Seasons Resort at Manele Bay, which included full room renovations as well as both renovation and new construction of a restaurant, fitness center, pavilion, and pool bar.
Room renovations were conducted for 236 guestrooms, creating addtional one and two-bedroom suites, 13 mini suites, and a 3,200 SF Presidential Suite.
Renovation upgrades included significant structural retrofit work associated with enlarging openings and clearspans as well as high-end custom finish products such as carpeting, stone countertops, fixtures, hardware, and millwork items.
