Overview

This four-story, Class A, Type I office building houses the Department of Public Social Services. Pankow’s design-build guarantee enabled the project’s owner to secure the bond financing required to build the project. Along with the office building, the project also includes a 148,500 SF, stand-alone precast parking structure with 492 stalls.
