Overview
Pankow provided design-assist construction services for the Tolkin Group’s mixed-use development. The Claremont Village Expansion includes the redevelopment of an entire city block. Designed to link the historic district of Claremont with the Claremont Village Train Station, the 125,000 SF project includes a lifestyle center, a five-screen Laemmle Movie Cinema, office space, public plaza and a 27-room boutique hotel.
