Overview

This new 11,000 SF Urgent Care and Outpatient Clinic located in the Los Feliz community of Los Angeles is inclusive of (21) exam rooms, a procedure room, imaging, and support spaces. Parking consists of 3 levels of subterranean parking, and a surface parking lot at level 1.

Located in a very busy residential and commercial neighborhood, the project is logistically challenging with private property on three sides. The overhead power lines are directly above the public street frontage shared with pedestrians. Due to the design logistics, the shored excavation included welded rakers on 3-sides with tie-backs only on the City street side.
