Bayview Lobby Renovation & Exterior Upgrades

Overview

L.A.T. Investment contracted Pankow to renovate its Bayview office building in anticipation of its new tenant, CBRE. The three phases comprised of:

Phase I: Finish upgrades of four women’s restrooms and four men’s restrooms on the first and second floor.

Phase II: Demolition and refinishing of the existing lobby including a structural floor infill, high-end millwork package and all new stone.

Phase III: Demolition of all existing exterior improvements, grading and construction of new “white” Lithocrete concrete pavement and berm wall, custom benches, in-ground lighting, masonry wall with stone pattern and all new landscape and softscape.
