Overview

Pankow partnered with Stonebridge Companies to bring this eleven-story, 230 room hotel to the South Beach district of San Francisco. The hotel includes one level of valet parking below grade, ground floor courtyard, restaurant and bar, technology center, and retail space. Other amenities include a fitness studio on level 9, a roof terrace, and a second bar. The hotel replaces the existing McDonald’s on the corner of 3rd and Townsend Streets in downtown San Francisco, 1 block away from Oracle Park, the home of the Giants.
