Overview

Pankow was the Design-Builder for this affordable housing, 19-story high-rise structure, located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. The building consists of over 300 residential dwelling units, manager’s units, a stand-alone four-story parking structure, complete with ground floor commercial space.
