Overview

This historical building located in downtown San Francisco underwent a renovation that included new footings and grade beams at the basement level to support new tube steel braced frames from the basement to the roof, removal and loor inill of the existing basement to irst loor escalator, replacement of the existing roof diaphragm and rooing system as well as the installation of a new elevator at the basement level. ADA upgrades were also done on the core restrooms and the existing elevator.
