Pankow celebrates Groundbreaking Ceremony at The West Hollywood Edition Hotel & Residences
On January 26th, Pankow celebrated its groundbreaking ceremony at The West Hollywood Edition Hotel and Residences. This new 441,300 SF 190-room hotel and residences building will feature 20 luxury residential units on the top floors. Building amenities will include two rooftop pools - one exclusively designated for residents and one for hotel guests - along with a rooftop bar and lounge. Buildings will consist of two distinct, yet interconnected towers, 10- and 14-stories above grade with full-height sliding glass walls.
Project is currently under preconstruction, with construction completion anticipated for July 2018.
