The Murrieta MOB Team achieved a great victory gaining both Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) & Substantial Completion (SC) for the Project. The 82,756 SF two-story MOB (non OSHPD) is the first ground-up MOB for Kaiser in their Riverside District in many years, and is considered part of the first wave of new "RAD design" buildings for Kaiser. The MOB includes 98 exam rooms, 68 doctor enclaves, Suites for Imaging, Ophthalmology, Lab, and Surgical Specialties, a large Pharmacy, a Community Conference room and a Coffee Bar. The Project included developing 12 acres of sitework into surface parking with 430+ stalls, a 5/8^th of a mile Thrive path including DG pathways and hardscape, a bio retention basin, rock labyrinth maze, and offsite improvements including a flood control swale and street widening. Pankow first won the Murrieta MOB Project back in 2012; we were re-engaged for Design Assist Pre-Construction services in 2015; and we broke ground with Construction at the end of April 2016.

After many setbacks and challenges resulting from late permits, design change, and weather impacts, Pankow was able to deliver the beautiful MOB to a very proud and appreciative Owner on time and within budget. The MOB is planned to open to the public in late Fall.
