In honor of National Women in Construction Week March 4^th-10^th, both Pankow regions hosted a social hour event to celebrate all our Amazing Women working for Pankow. Great food, drinks and comradery were shared by all in celebration. Below are a list of all 86 female Pankow employees, representing 32% of the Company total. The national construction industry workforce are makes up of 9.1% women.
