On Thursday August 20^th, the Society for Marketing Professional Services, Los Angeles Chapter (SMPS/LA) received the 2015 Striving for Excellence Award, Outstanding Newsletter Category. Pankow's Senior Marketing Coordinator, Christine Timbre, has served on the SMPS/LA Board of Directors for the past two years as 2013-2015 Communications Chair. Working with a committee consisting of professional individuals from local A/E/C firms, it was under Christine's leadership and expertise that the LA Chapter received this honorable award.

Held by SMPS National, SMPS Build Business is an annual conference held throughout the U.S., and this year, it was held in Los Angeles at the JW Marriott at LA Live. The awards gala is one of many educational and networking programs throughout the three-day conference.
