Proud partner of SMPS Gives Back: A Place Called Home
On Friday, November 13, Pankow partnered with SMPS/LA for its #SMPSGivesBack initiative benefiting A Place Called Home (APCH). Together with the local A/E/C industry, the canned food drive rendered a substantial amount of canned/dry goods which will be distributed to APCH’s families in need - in time for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Volunteers also had an opportunity to sort canned goods, assist with its upcoming gala, and play interactive games with the kids.
At A Place Called Home, caring staff, supporters and volunteers come together to provide South Central children and teens 8-21 years old with love, safety, enrichment, training, and opportunities through educational programs, counseling and mentorship. To learn more about APCH, visit www.apch.org.
Local A/E/C volunteers included representatives from Nishkian Chamberlain, Geocon West, Pankow, and Rios Clementi Hale Studios.
