In partnership with Verdical Group, Pankow is a proud sponsor of The Biomimicry 2016 Conference held on March 11th in Irwindale, CA. It is an inaugural convening of professionals around biomimetic and energy efficient, nature-inspired design. Nature has had 3.8 billion years of R&D and has a lot to teach us about efficiency.

This half day conference included a variety of short TED style presentations and panel discussions from nationally leading biomimicry experts and AEC firms, exhibitor tables, and high quality networking opportunities. Conference presentations covered the application of biomimicry, biophilia and resilience to the built environment.
