Overview
Pankow is the design-builder for Los Angeles Valley College’s Valley Glen Gateway Building. Scope of work includes the demolition of the existing Administration building and construction of a new 70,000 SF building with associated site improvements. The new Valley Glen Gateway building will house the campus' administration offices, workforce development programs, classrooms and conference center. It is located at the main entry of the college and will serve as a Gateway to LAVC.
